Job Summary
Customer Service Specialist (German-speaking)
Location: Braga Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 14 May 2026
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day
Contract: Full-time

What Youll Do
- Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone email or chat
- Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate internal records
What Were Looking For
- Native / C2 German good English level
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Previous experience is a plus
