Job Summary
We are hiring a Tally Operator to support the Accounts Department of a reputed agrochemical manufacturing company in Raipur. The role requires handson expertise in Tally ERP accounting entries and record maintenance. The ideal candidate will manage daytoday financial transactions assist in GST and income tax documentation and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage daytoday accounting transactions in Tally ERP
- Handle purchase sales journal and payment entries with accuracy
- Maintain ledgers vouchers and reconciliation records
- Support GST TDS and income tax documentation and filings
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements for management
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Maintain organized records for audits and statutory inspections
Requirements
- qualification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in accounting operations
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MSOffice (Excel Word)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance basics
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and support the Accounts Department in a manufacturing environment
