Thin Film Process Development Engineer

- Translate DRAM product requirements into scalable costeffective thinfilm process solutions
- Develop optimize and characterize thinfilm deposition processes for advanced DRAM technologies
- Identify and resolve process defects yield issues and reliability risks using datadriven methods
- Design and execute DOE analyze results and communicate technical recommendations
- Partner with equipment and materials suppliers to evaluate new tools and chemistries
- Develop implement and monitor quality control plans including effective use of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
- PhD or MS with 3 years of semiconductor industry experience in Chemical Engineering Materials Science Chemistry Electrical Engineering Physics or a related field
- Strong foundation in process science including reaction engineering thermodynamics transport phenomena or plasma science
- Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing experiments including DOE
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across crossfunctional teams
- Deep expertise in thinfilm deposition processes and tool parameter optimization
- Experience supporting DRAM HPCMOS and/or EUVenabled technologies
- Handson experience with materials and surface characterization techniques such as XPS AFM XRD AES EBSD or SIMS
