QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Washington State administrative credential or appropriate certification for coordinator-level roles.
• Five (5) years of successful teaching or related educational experience (secondary preferred).
• Experience in alternative learning credit retrieval online programming or secondary school leadership is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of MTSS and ALE regulations and data-informed practice.
• Demonstrated leadership in equity-focused and inclusive educational environments.
• Strong organizational communication and systems-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with school systems (e.g. Qmlativ) and online learning platforms (e.g. Edgenuity).
• Ability to foster collaboration lead across teams resolve conflicts effectively and promote professional growth among staff.
• Experience with Professional Learning Communities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and to closing opportunity and achievement gaps.
