Car Park Team Leader Westfield Parramatta

Your opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Westfield Parramatta as a Car Park Team Leader. The parking experience is often the first and last impression for our customers and in this role youll play a key part in delivering a safe seamless and high-performing operation.

This is a hands-on frontline leadership role where youll support the Car Park Supervisor and take ownership of day-to-day operations. Youll lead from the front guiding the team in real time coordinating tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the car park ensuring a safe and efficient environment
• Leading from the front providing on-the-ground support and direction to the Car Park team
• Coordinating daily tasks and prioritising activities to keep operations running smoothly
• Assisting with traffic flow and congestion management during peak periods
• Supporting the monitoring of car park performance and escalating issues where required
• Working closely with the Car Park Supervisor to implement operational processes and improvements
• Ensuring safety compliance and operational standards are consistently maintained
• Providing a high level of customer service and support across the car park environment

This role is permanent full-time based on site at Westfield Parramatta.

You bring strong communication skills are organised and efficient in your approach and enjoy working closely with a team to deliver great outcomes. Youre someone who takes initiative can think on your feet and isnt afraid to step in wherever needed.

Experience within a car park or similar operational environment is highly regarded along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
