This position follows ahybrid work model requiring a minimum of two (2) days per week onsite in the Bracknell office with additional onsite presence required
Are you passionate about technology and ready to dive into the world of IT support Join Ivanti as anIT Support Engineer (Information Technology Specialist) and play a vital role in delivering seamless technical assistance that empowers our teams to work securelyeverywhere.
What Youll Do
- Provide excellent Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to Ivanti employees (on-site and remote)
- Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware software connectivity and access
- Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints laptops peripherals and mobile devices
- Administer user accounts permissions and MFA via Active Directory and Azure AD
- Assist with Microsoft 365 services Outlook Teams OneDrive and SharePoint
- Track incidents and service requests using ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets
- Image deploy and maintain endpoint devices
- Onboard new hires ensuring their workstations are set up and ready
- Document solutions for our growing knowledge base
- Deliver friendly professional and customer-centric support aligning with Ivantis values
What you will bring:
- Some work experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Good understanding of troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Eager to build on your IT skills and grow your career path
- Great communicator with a customer-first attitude
- Availability to work on-site at our Bracknell office on Mondays and Wednesdays (with additional on-site presence as needed) dont worry we have free on site parking!
