Residential Support Worker

Salary: 27976 - 28600 Per Annum 13.45 - 13.75 per hour 60 per sleep

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Contract type: Full time permanent

All about the role:

Work in a childrens home that makes a positive lasting difference to childrens lives. This role is ideal for experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers as well as those with no previous experience who are looking to build a career in residential care.

We are looking for determined caring and thoughtful people to become long-lasting significant adults in a childs life and this could be the role for you.

We are looking for someone who

• Is 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
• Is caring compassionate and able to build positive relationships with others.
• Has a valid manual driving licence.
• Has the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Previous experience is not essential for this role. Our Skills to Care induction includes 2 separate weeks of classroom-based training and a week of shadow shifts to prepare for the new role.
