If you are passionate about expanding premium retail brands and building strong franchise networks this could be the perfect role for this dynamic and global company you will drive franchise growth by identifying new opportunities onboarding the right partners and enabling successful store launches aligned with Fossils brand you will do in this roleMarket Development & Expansion StrategyIdentify and evaluate new markets for franchise expansion through detailed market research and competitive analysisBuild strong relationships with mall developers and landlords to secure premium retail locations with optimal commercial termsVisit and assess potential locations to ensure alignment with brand positioning and expansion strategyFranchisee Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify and evaluate prospective franchise partners in line with company guidelinesLead franchise agreement negotiations ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policiesDrive seamless onboarding and store launch readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teamsFranchise Operations & Business PerformanceSupport franchisees in driving business performance ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational excellenceMonitor franchisee performance track KPIs and identify growth opportunitiesEnable consistent execution of merchandising inventory and customer experience standardsStakeholder Management & CollaborationPartner with internal teams including Sales Merchandising Marketing Supply Chain and FinanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and key stakeholders to ensure achievement of business plansAct as a bridge between franchise partners and internal teams for seamless executionStrategic Planning & AnalyticsDevelop and implement franchise business plans budgets and forecasts to maximize ROICollaborate with marketing teams to design and execute regional marketing initiativesAnalyze performance data and present actionable insights to leadershipWho You Are512 years of experience in franchise business development within retail fashion or lifestyle brandsStrong understanding of the mall ecosystem and relationships with mall developers especially in Tier 2 marketsProven experience in driving franchise expansion at a regional or national levelStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisionsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong negotiation communication and relationship-building capabilitiesPostgraduate (MBA preferred) from a reputed instituteProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systemsProcess-driven result-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageSupport for work-life balance including time-off programsHybrid work opportunities where applicableLearning and development supportEmployee product discountsAn inclusive collaborative and values-driven workplace
