Production Manager Plastics Manufacturing
Our client a leading supplier in the FMCG manufacturing sector is seeking a Production Manager to oversee shift operations on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 50 staff across shifts including scheduling training and performance
- Oversee production targets budgets stock and supplier coordination
- Improve operational processes efficiency and safety
- Lead projects from planning to execution
Requirements:
- Technically minded with a hands-on approach
Matric with Production Operations or Technical Certification/Diploma would be beneficial - 5 Years Experience in production or manufacturing operations as a Leader
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with budgets procurement and supplier management
- Valid drivers license
