Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support in acquiring new clients: identifying business opportunities and generating leads.
- Participate in discovery meetings with potential clients helping to understand their needs and representing Norths vision from day one.
- Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals collaborating with the team to craft compelling and tailored pitches.
- Represent North at in-person events networking opportunities and industry gatherings bringing energy and embodying our studio culture.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients.
- Manage and update prospect and opportunity databases HubSpot CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on generated opportunities.
You will bring to the table:
- Student or recent graduate in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Interest in the commercial area and business development.
- Strong communication negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Proactive solution-oriented and eager to learn.
- Fluent level of Spanish and an intermediate/high level of English is a plus.
