GERMAN-SPEAKING SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE SALES ADS

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative your mission is to identify and qualify sales opportunities among small and medium-sized businesses and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team. Through structured outbound campaigns you will engage potential advertisers understand their business challenges and generate interest in our clients advertising solutions setting the stage for the Partner Manager to close the deal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve quarterly targets and daily/weekly activity goals outreach volume and meetings booked
- Manage assigned SMB accounts to identify high-potential advertisers and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team
- Execute daily outbound calls and emails including cold outreach to marketing decision-makers and business owners
- Qualify prospects by identifying their business goals marketing challenges and readiness to invest in digital advertising
- Clearly communicate the platforms value proposition generating interest ahead of the Partner Managers pitch
- Collaborate with Partner Managers to ensure smooth and informed prospect handovers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce leads contacts accounts and activities
- Work toward individual and team KPIs: productivity conversion rate meetings booked and pipeline development
REQUIREMENTS
- C2 level of GERMAN and C1 level of English written and spoken
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Consistent success working toward quotas in a phone-based sales environment
- Experience managing a large account portfolio and booking qualified meetings
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads Meta Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify key decision-makers quickly
- Resilient goal-driven and persistent in achieving objectives
- Excellent communication skills able to convey value concisely and compellingly
