Join a company where Cloud is the strategic priority for the next 5 years. As the Cloud Customer Success Manager youll become a key growth driver owning the recovery and expansion of our installed cloud base and playing a critical role in scaling recurring revenue across TOP and SMB customers.
This role combines strategy leadership and commercial impact giving you visibility autonomy and the opportunity to shape cloud customer success from the ground up.
Your Impact
- Lead customer success strategy focused on retention upsell and cross-sell within cloud services.
- Drive growth of recurring revenue across AWS Google Cloud and Microsoft environments.
- Manage and optimize customer databases and installed base performance.
- Standardize and improve processes platforms and execution.
- Lead teams and influence stakeholders to deliver continuous value to customers.
- Act as a strategic partner for customers in cloud infrastructure optimization.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in Cloud / IaaS commercial roles (AWS Google Microsoft).
- 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong background in Customer Success including upsell cross-sell and retention.
- Experience with marketplaces and cloud platforms.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Strong commercial mindset with a customer-first approach.
Nice to have
- Cloud certifications (AWS Microsoft Google).
- Experience in IT / Cloud ecosystem companies or distributors.
