Demand Planning Manager

Make An Impact:We are seeking a talented Manager of Demand Planning to join our Planning team at Fossil Group.. An ideal candidate will possess a strong collaborative spirit and the technical expertise to balance complex forecasting with financial role is a hybrid position requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Director of Americas you will do in this role:This position reports into the Director of Americas Planning and will manage a team of demand planners for a portfolio of brands with a focus on team Planning Manager works with the commercial merchandising leadership team finance cross-functional planning teams marketing IT and more and is responsible for overseeing pre-season and in-season forecasting and inventory and maintain reporting with common KPIs help build analytics and forecasting strategies to maximize sales and track KPI trends & targets that align with overall sales targets.
