TheAIDemand InnovationSpecialistwillplay a critical role inoptimizingour salesAI-poweredtechnology stack&itsintegrationssupporting Sales team pipeline campaigns and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.

This role requiressignificant experiencewithSalesforceHubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hub)other GTM technologies and the ability to partner with salesmarketingandRevOpsstakeholders to drive operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented tech-savvy individual who is passionate about building scalable processesleveragingAI and bridging the gap betweensales& the chance to shape how weutilizetools data andAI-automation to accelerate growth.

What You Will Do:

In this roleyoullsupport and enhance ourSales supportinfrastructure to ensure the effectiveness of our demand generation and revenue programs. Responsibilities include:

  • Supportoptimize and troubleshootvarious Sales tooling &itsAI capabilities ensuringteam memberscanwork effectively.
  • Buildmaintain andoptimizeAI workflowslead flows and scoringframeworksto improve funnel health.
  • Maintain integrations between HubSpot Salesforce and othertools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Enable AI-supported campaign execution by aligning marketing signals with sales actions.
  • Partner with the Marketing& Demand Generationteamsto support campaign execution
  • Work withRevOpsto buildperformance reporting including pipeline attribution and ROI analysis.
  • Assistwithdata hygieneprojectsacrossvarious data sources ensuringaccuratelead contact and account information.
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvements and automationacross the Sales function.
  • Partner with Sales Operations toalignonlead routing qualification and reporting.

Who You Are:

  • 3 years of hands-onSales orMarketing Operations experience with expert-level HubSpot (Marketing Hub)Salesforce and AIknowledge.
  • Proven ability to deploy AI-powered automation across GTM workflows (lead routing enrichment follow-ups task creation) CRM integrations (Salesforce) and Sales engagements.
  • Experience using AI for pipeline analysis forecasting support and deal risk identification
  • Deep understanding of lead management scoring routing andpipeline development.
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience with basic coding/scripting (SQL PythonJavascript APIs (Postman) Version Control (Git) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients.
  • Teamplayerwith a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the entire team.

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the your initial call we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
