Job Title : Revenue Assurance Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue booking and pass-through transactions.
Design and implement Revenue Assurance (RA) framework and controls.
Monitor billing processes to prevent revenue leakage and ensure compliance.
Validate data from source systems and perform reconciliations.
Review billing logic manual billings and contract alignment.
Analyze data for trends ageing and exception detection.
Provide insights and updates to senior leadership.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve anomalies.
Drive automation and strengthen control processes.
Collaborate with finance audit business and technology teams.
Ensure audit readiness and maintain proper documentation.
Build and lead the RA team while promoting data-driven practices.

Requisites

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or related field.
Strong knowledge of revenue assurance billing and financial controls.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and audit processes.
Experience in reconciliation data analysis and MIS reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to automation and process improvement.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Leadership ability with strong attention to detail.
