The role is responsible for driving business development and institutional engagement
across financial institutions including Mutual Funds PMS SIF and AIF Category III
participants. The incumbent will lead strategic onboarding initiatives strengthen
institutional relationships and enhance participation on the exchange platform by
delivering compelling value propositions.

Purpose
Development & Client Acquisition
- Drive onboarding of Mutual Funds PMS SIF and AIF Category III participants
onto the exchange platform
- Identify and develop new institutional client opportunities within the financial
ecosystem
- Develop and execute strategies to increase participation and transaction
volumes
-Any other institutional participant as and when allowed
2. Relationship Management
Job
Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs Fund
Managers Compliance Heads etc.)
- Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients ensuring long-term engagement
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
3. Client Engagement & Pitching
- Deliver impactful presentations and product pitches to prospective and existing
clients
- Clearly articulate exchange value propositions benefits and competitive
advantages
- Represent the organization in industry forums client meetings and events
4. Onboarding & Client Support
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support to institutional clients
Internal
- Guide clients through operational compliance and platform-related
requirements
- Ensure seamless client experience in coordination with internal teams
5. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain and update client MIS regularly with actionable insights
- Track onboarding progress pipeline and engagement metrics
- Prepare periodic reports for leadership review
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations compliance product and
technology
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and seamless service delivery
7. Market Intelligence & Product Understanding
- Maintain strong understanding of exchange products services and regulatory
landscape
- Track industry trends competitor offerings and evolving client needs
- Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement
