We are currently seeking an experienced AftersalesManager to join our team at Rola GWM Stellenbosch. As the Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop and parts department. Furthermore you will be responsible for ensuring that the workshop is operating efficiently and effectively and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Knowledge of automotive systems and technology
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work well under pressure
Valid drivers licence
Clear criminal record
