RevOps Analyst

Job Overview:

Your role as a RevOps Analyst is to support revenue operations through data analysis reporting and process this role youll work across Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance to improve pipeline visibility maintain data integrity and support operational planning and tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze pipeline revenue and performance data to support business decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue tracking and insights.
• Support CRM administration including data governance and workflow execution.
• Assist in forecasting processes and pipeline tracking.
• Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements.
• Track and report progress on RevOps initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of operational initiatives.
• Document processes metrics definitions and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in RevOps Sales Ops Marketing Ops or analytics roles.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work in US shift timings.
