Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Business Systems Analyst Intern
Learn and apply Jira story writing best practices using Percipio training resources
Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and the Summit platform under mentorship
Assist senior analysts in documenting user stories and business requirements
Support the creation of comprehensive PowerPoint presentations documenting various Salesforce functionalities
Help analyze current system usage and identify optimization opportunities under senior guidance.
Required Qualifications:
BS Computer Science Completed or currently enrolled in Final Semester
Basic understanding of business processes and system workflows
Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Added Advantage:
Familiarity with any project management or ticketing tool (e.g. Jira Trello Azure DevOps)
Exposure to writing user stories or business requirement documents
Basic knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology
Prior exposure to any CRM or enterprise business application
Understanding of basic data concepts such as entities relationships and reporting
