Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in domestic recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing screening and closing IT positions across various technologies within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve recruitment targets and timelines
