Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles
Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
Achieve recruitment targets and timelines
