A wellestablished organization within the agricultural sector operating in a complex and datadriven environment is looking to appoint a BI Manager. This role sits at the intersection of finance IT and strategy reporting directly to the CFO and playing a key role in improving both strategic and operational decisionmaking through advanced reporting and analytics.
Youll work closely with senior stakeholders translating business needs into actionable data solutions while driving innovation across reporting platforms.

Youll work closely with senior stakeholders translating business needs into actionable data solutions while driving innovation across reporting platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify analyse and translate business and reporting needs into effective BI solutions.
- Design and develop BI modules dashboards and management reports.
- Create analyse and interpret large data sets to support financial and operational decisionmaking.
- Drive improvements in strategic and operational performance through meaningful insights.
- Manage and enhance BI reporting frameworks across the organization.
- Leverage advanced Excel reporting and BI tools to deliver accurate timely information.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or a related qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a financial IT or reporting environment.
- Experience within the financial or IT industry with exposure to the agricultural sector being advantageous.
- Strong interest and demonstrated expertise in data analytics business intelligence and reporting.
- Proven experience working with Power BI.
- Exposure to COBOL and IBM systems would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
