We are seeking a driven competitive and relationship-focused Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing Healthcare division. This is a true full-desk role where you will own both business development and recruiting giving you direct control over your success and earnings.
You will be responsible for:
Building and growing your client portfolio in the healthcare space
Recruiting top-tier healthcare professionals
Managing the full hiring lifecycle
Driving revenue through strategic partnerships and placements
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-reward environment and is motivated by growth competition and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Management
Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire placements within the healthcare industry
Source screen and interview healthcare professionals using behavioral-based interviewing methods
Conduct reference checks and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates
Prepare candidates for interviews and provide post-interview feedback
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the system
Sales & Business Development
Prospect develop and close new client relationships in the healthcare market
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into active partnerships
Identify new business through cold outreach referrals and networking
Take detailed job orders and develop a deep understanding of client hiring needs
Negotiate compensation packages with candidates
Account Management & Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and service
Conduct client visits meetings and networking activities
Deliver exceptional service to retain and grow existing accounts
Act as a trusted hiring partner not just a vendor
Market Expertise & Strategy
Stay current on healthcare hiring trends workforce challenges and market demands
Develop targeted recruiting and sales strategies for healthcare clients
Identify cross-selling opportunities across clients and industries
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years of professional experience required (Staffing agency experience preferred)
Healthcare recruiting or healthcare industry experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruiting goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a competitive fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Highly motivated resilient and goal-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Work Environment
High-energy performance-driven culture focused on growth and success
Education
Bachelors degree required
Degree in Healthcare Administration Business Human Resources or related field preferred
