Position Summary
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Remote Project Manager to join our growing this role you will be responsible for leading projects across various departments ensuring seamless coordination efficient execution and successful delivery. You will serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders balancing priorities timelines and resources in a dynamic work environment.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from planning through execution and closure
- Develop detailed project plans schedules milestones and resource allocation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations product finance and external partners
- Track progress using project management tools and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Manage changes in project scope schedule and costs effectively
- Communicate project updates risks and achievements to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with company standards policies and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for optimization
- Facilitate meetings presentations and status reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- 3 years of proven experience managing projects in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall
- Proficiency in tools like Asana Jira Trello or Microsoft Project
- Exceptional organizational leadership and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams
- Background in technology operations or business transformation projects
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $115000 $130000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
- Annual Bonus: Typically 10% 20% of base salary
