About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and consultative DealHub CPQ Project Manager to join our team at Whistle. In this role you will be the driving force behind successful client implementations focusing on quote-to-revenue initiatives and sales process optimization. You will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal technical specialists ensuring that complex CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standard of excellence. This is a remote-friendly position that requires a blend of technical aptitude strategic thinking and relationship management.

What Were Looking For:

  • Project Management Expertise: 3 years of experience in project management account management or customer success specifically within a CPQ/CLM or Sales Operations environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with DealHub Salesforce CPQ or similar platforms. You should be comfortable managing integrations with major CRMs like HubSpot Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strategic Consulting: Ability to advise clients on best practices for complex pricing models sales automation and RevOps workflows.
  • Organizational Skills: A detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple high-priority projects and diverse stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Global Collaboration: Flexibility to conduct online meetings across various time zones with a primary focus on the North American market.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead internal project meetings and present clear concise updates to external client executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent training is a significant advantage.
  • Platform Mastery: Official DealHub or CPQ-related certifications.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid background in B2B SaaS revenue operations or sales process optimization.
  • Operational Insight: Experience managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
