Job Summary
Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Fire Protection Industry
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the fire protection industry and possess strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and target potential clients in the fire protection industry through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and sales techniques
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products and services and build relationships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the fire protection industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the fire protection industry its products and services
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
