About the Role
We are seeking a professional who is currently working either as technical lead or has prior experience as tech lead and currently working as Technical Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
- Interact with product owner and understand the objectives of client
- Translate business needs into technical project requirements
- Help team in requirement analysis design and implementation
- Manage project risks dependencies ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Drive Agile project management practices including sprint planning backlog grooming and stand-ups.
- Act as the liaison between business product data science and engineering teams.
- Track and report project progress KPIs and delivery milestones to leadership.
- Groom team members by improving their technical abilities communication and overall professional skills
Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years overall experience.
- Must have hands-on development experience of at least 5 years.
- Currently working as a Technical Lead with an interest in transitioning into a Project Management role; or prior experience as Technical Lead and currently working as a Project Manager.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience or MySQL will be an advantage
- Experience in LLMs will be an advantage
