Job Description:Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Siebel Technical Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Siebel CRM solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Siebel architecture data modeling and integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Siebel applications ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation of Siebel solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Manage Siebel configurations workflows and integrations with other systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within the Siebel environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Siebel CRM with a strong focus on technical architecture and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Siebel tools scripting and administration.
- Experience with integration technologies such as EAI EIM and Java web services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
