Your role:
Apoyar al equipo comercial en actividades de análisis seguimiento de oportunidades y coordinación administrativa contribuyendo a la eficiencia del proceso de ventas y al desarrollo de estrategias comerciales.

Soporte al equipo de ventas

• Apoyar en la preparación de propuestas comerciales y cotizaciones.
• Consolidar información de clientes y oportunidades para el equipo comercial.
• Dar seguimiento a solicitudes internas relacionadas con procesos de venta.

Gestión y actualización de CRM

• Actualizar información de clientes prospectos y oportunidades en el CRM.
• Monitorear el avance del pipeline comercial.
• Apoyar en la generación de reportes de actividad comercial.

Coordinación interna

• Coordinar con áreas internas como:
  • marketing
  • finanzas
  • logística
  • servicio técnico para facilitar procesos comerciales.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
