Únete a nuestro equipo de ventas y forma parte de un entorno dinámico donde los datos el análisis y la estrategia comercial se combinan para impulsar resultados.

En esta posición jugarás un papel clave en la gestión de información comercial análisis de desempeño y optimización de procesos contribuyendo directamente a la toma de decisiones del negocio.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de procesos de refacturación: Gestionar procesos de refacturación asegurando alineación con lineamientos internos y cumplimiento de tiempos establecidos.

• Seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales: Monitorear el desempeño del pipeline comercial utilizando herramientas como Excel y Power BI para identificar desviaciones y generar insights accionables.

• Administración de sistemas (CRM): Analizar actualizar y mantener información en sistemas como Dynamics asegurando calidad y consistencia en los datos.

• Gestión de requerimientos de clientes: Documentar analizar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes garantizando trazabilidad y disponibilidad de la información.

• Análisis de datos comerciales: Consolidar y analizar bases de datos para facilitar su uso por el equipo y apoyar la definición de la estrategia comercial.

• Apoyo en generación de cotizaciones: Elaborar análisis para la creación de propuestas comerciales asegurando precisión consistencia y alineación con las necesidades del cliente.

Qualifications :

Perfil

• Estudiante del último semestre de la carrera fecha de graduación: Diciembre 2026
• Carreras afines: Administración Finanzas Ingeniería Economía o similar
• Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados
• Atención al detalle y organización
• Proactividad y capacidad de resolver problemas
• Interés en áreas comerciales ventas o análisis de negocio

Habilidades

• Manejo de Excel (intermedio)
• Deseable experiencia con Power BI u otras herramientas de visualización
• Familiaridad con CRM (Dynamics o similar es un plus)
• Capacidad para analizar datos y generar insights
• Comunicación clara y estructurada
