Job summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Business System Analyst (L2-L3 support) located in Guadalajara North Campus.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager Business System Analyst (L2-L3 support) role involves provide technical assistance (Manufacturing system Hardware Software) identifying evaluating and developing procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirementsto create specificationsand directtranslationsof functions to be automated including complete systems design in detail.
What a typical day looks like:
- Analysis monitoring and resolution of internal requirements; quality tickets processes system configurations implementation and integration (applications or system improvements).
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
- Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiencyproductivityand strategic goals.
- Debugging.
- Research design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customers requirements.
- Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholdersto supportsolution proposals.
- Support Project Management during planning and execution relevant to project scale
- Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completionconsistent withallsoftware development lifecycle phases.
- Write clearprecisefunctional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies.
- Work within the establishedmodelto allow softwareand/or systemsscalability though appropriate intake and prioritization of new requirements.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree in engineering in electronics mechatronics or related field.
- Experience working in similar role delivering L2/L3 support (Hardware and network support)
- Experience using SQL database and SQL Server.
- Basic knowledge with programming languages (Python or other).
- English communication intermediate.
