The ERP Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end leadership and governance of enterprise ERP implementation and transformation programs. This role oversees multiple interdependent projects ensures alignment with business strategy and delivers ERP outcomes on time within budget and with measurable business value.
The ideal candidate brings strong ERP domain knowledge executive-level stakeholder management skills and proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise programs across finance supply chain HR manufacturing or customer operations.
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Governance
Own the overall ERP program roadmap scope and delivery strategy
Establish and manage program governance steering committees and decision forums
Drive alignment between business objectives IT strategy and system capabilities
Ensure consistent program management standards across all ERP workstreams
ERP Delivery & Execution
Lead full lifecycle ERP programs including planning design build testing deployment and post-go-live stabilization
Coordinate multiple project managers functional leads systems integrators and vendors
Manage interdependencies across modules (Finance SCM HR CRM Manufacturing etc.)
Oversee data migration integrations system cutover and release planning
Stakeholder & Change Leadership
Act as the primary escalation point for executive stakeholders
Partner with business leaders to drive adoption and value realization
Align change management training and communications with ERP milestones
Influence across functions without direct authority
Financial & Risk Management
Own the program budget forecast and benefits tracking
Identify mitigate and escalate program risks and issues
Ensure compliance with internal controls audit requirements and regulatory standards
Manage vendor contracts SOWs and performance KPIs
Value Realization & Continuous Improvement
Define and track business outcomes ROI and operational KPIs
Ensure ERP solutions support standardized scalable business processes
Drive post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
