The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for large-scale data platforms analytics applications and AI-driven solutions. This role combinespeopleleadership technical strategy and operational excellence guiding teams that build high-performance data pipelines enterprise analytics platforms and next-generation AI capabilities.

You will drive technicalstrategy develop high-performing leaders and teams and ensure the successful delivery of scalable reliable and innovative solutions that support business growth and enhance customer value. Your leadership will directly influence engineering effectiveness platform performance and the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and large language models.
WhatYoullBe Doing in This Role:
Lead and mentor engineering managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams across data engineering analytics and application development functions
Define and execute technical strategy for large-scale analytics platforms data pipelines and AI-enabled solutions
Drive adoption of engineering best practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Partner with product business and engineering stakeholders to prioritize initiatives andallocateresources effectively
Champion engineering excellence through architecture reviews code quality standards and technical governance
Oversee performance management coaching succession planning and career development for engineering leaders
Monitor organizational KPIs platform reliability and operational effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
Remove delivery obstacles and serve as an escalation point for cross-functional and technical challenges
Support recruitment effortsparticipatein senior-level hiring decisions and help scale a diverse engineering organization
Stay current on emerging technologies andidentifyopportunities toleverageAI cloud technologies and modern dataarchitectures
Qualifications of this Role:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience
7 years of software development experience including 4 years in engineering leadership or management roles
Demonstrated success leading and developing engineering teams and people leaders in a distributed environment
Strong experience with data engineering ETL/ELT pipelines data platforms or modern data warehouse technologies
Hands-on technical background technologies including C# Core or related frameworks
Experience working with large-scale analytics systems and high-volume data environments
Knowledge of modern database and data warehouse technologies such asClickHouse Snowflake Redshift orBigQuery
Experience implementing or supporting AI machine learning LLM or generative AI solutions in production environments
Deep understanding of software architecture code review practices and all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
Strong experience managing complex projects competing priorities and organizational change in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication stakeholder management and decision-making skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP is considered an asset
Previousexperience building or scaling enterprise analytics and reporting platforms is preferred

This position has a starting salary range of$130K - $160K CAD / $150K - $180K USDperyear. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employees pay within the range isdeterminedbya number offactors including relevant skills education qualifications experience performance business or organizational needs and geographic location.
