Job Summary
Job Summary (AI Hardware Design Engineer)
- Design develop and optimize generative AI models and workflows for AI-powered hardware solutions.
- Focus on applications in content creation product design and intelligent automation.
- Develop surrogate models for CVD/ALD/etch chambers mapping process parameters to outcomes such as film uniformity step coverage and thermal performance.
- Implement inverse design workflows to generate feasible hardware designs using generative adjoint or topology optimization methods.
- Build bi-directional models to recommend process parameters and geometry modifications.
- Create high-fidelity digital twins integrating physics-based solvers (CFD plasma heat transfer) with AI components for rapid design exploration.
- Develop and maintain containerized MLOps infrastructure (Docker Kubernetes) in HPC environments for efficient model deployment.
- Develop multi-objective optimization and uncertainty quantification workflows to ensure AI-generated designs are robust manufacturable and meet yield requirements.
- Collaborate with physicists domain experts and software engineers to validate that AI models adhere to scientific laws and principles.
