Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (TA) -

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

  • Source candidates through job portals referrals and social media

  • Screen resumes schedule interviews and coordinate interview processes

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

  • Assist with offer letters onboarding documentation and joining formalities

2. HR Operations -

  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities (documentation induction exit interviews).

  • Maintain employee records personnel files and HR documentation.

  • Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance leave and employee data.

  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in employee engagement performance management training coordination learning & development activities.

3. Data MIS & Reporting-

  • Maintain and update HR databases (employee master data attendance leave payroll inputs).

  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS reports.

  • Track HR metrics such as attrition hiring status absenteeism and headcount.

  • Support audits by providing required HR data and reports.

4. Administrative Support-

  • Manage office administration activities (vendor coordination office supplies housekeeping).

  • Support travel arrangements meeting coordination and internal communications.

  • Assist in maintaining compliance documents and statutory records.
