Role Overview The Training Coordinator plays a key role in engaging with Partners to proactively identify training needs and convert them into training nominations and leads. The role focuses on regularly reviewing partner training status identifying gaps and approaching partners with relevant training opportunities.
Strong ownership is expected in managing all training related reports records and documentation with accuracy and timeliness. The coordinator works closely with partners to drive training adoption while building trusted relationships. This role also collaborates closely with internal Account Executives & Service Directors to align training initiatives with business and delivery objectives.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities- Own the end to end training coordination process including identifying training opportunities pursuing and tracking them converting them into confirmed nominations and completing all post training activities.
- Since this role is for entire APAC candidate should be flexible enough to work during ANZ hours/Israel hours based on the need.
- Proactively engage with partners through regular follow ups primarily via email and when required through calls to drive training interest and closure.
- Basic understanding of products and solutions to address basic partner queries and support training discussions effectively.
- Manage and maintain the curriculum database training records and related documentation to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills while handling multiple initiatives or projects in parallel; experience across diverse projects is a plus.
- Utilize Cornerstone LMS (CSOD) for training in administration and reporting; CSOD Admin certification is preferred.
- Track and keep all business and financial activities up to date including PO management P2P processes and payment tracking.
- Leverage Power BI and Salesforce to track opportunities report training metrics and maintain visibility into training and business activities.
Qualifications
- 4Yrs xperience with a minimum of 3 years in a training coordination or learning operations role.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Education Human Resources Training or a related field.
- Hands on experience in planning and managing multiple training events simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and modern training and learning tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adhere to strict delivery schedules and successfully manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
- Good understanding of latest training methodologies such as virtual instructor led training (VILT) blended learning microlearning self paced eLearning and role based or scenario driven (customized) training.
- Exceptional logical organizational skills & attention to detail.
