Overview
PTC is seeking a SeniorEducation ProgramLeadto lead and scale strategic education initiatives withan initialfocus on Creo student certifications and the potential to expand into broader Digital ThreadandOnshapeeducation offerings.This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of PTC Educationandisresponsible forprogram execution cross-functional coordination and operational rigor in support of established education strategy.
Responsibilities
Execute Creo education initiatives with a primaryinitialfocus on student certification programs in alignment with defined goals and priorities
Manage day-to-day program operations timelines dependencies and deliverables
Lead end-to-end program execution and continuouslyoptimizeprograms using data and feedback
Track and report on certification performance metrics including signups attempts and pass rates
Coordinate closely withmarketing teamsto support campaign execution tracking and optimization
Engage with faculty academic staff and career centers to promote Creo certification offerings
Influence cross-functional partners across Marketing Sales Product Enablement and eCommerce to align on education priorities
Build relationships with university faculty administrators and external partners
Represent PTC Education at academic and industry events
Skills and Knowledge
Advanced program leadership and cross-functional influence skills
Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions
Proficientin ExcelPowerBi Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level presentations
Experience
6 years of experience in program management education or related roles
Experienceexecutinglarge-scale or global programs with measurable outcomes
Proven ability tooperateindependently in ambiguous evolving environments
Experience working with higher education institutions or certification programs preferred
Familiarity with engineering educationlandscapea plus
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business EngineeringEducation or related field
