Elementary School Principal (Pre-K through Grade 5) Fayetteville-Perry Local Schools is seeking a dynamic student-centered leader to serve as Elementary School Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence positive school culture and the overall success of both students and staff. We are looking for an individual who: Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills Communicates effectively with students staff parents and the community Is highly visible and actively engaged within the school and community Fosters a supportive collaborative and positive learning environment Demonstrates a passion for continuous improvement and student achievement Previous administrative experience as a principal is preferred but not required.
