We are currently expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) and are seeking motivated customer-focused individuals to join our team.
What Youll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls texts internet leads)
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Work in a fast-paced team-driven environment
- Help drive dealership traffic and sales growth
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone text email)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus not required)
- Driven goal-oriented and coachable

REQUIREMENTS:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service Experience or Call Center an added plus
Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Time management prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task are required
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
