How Can I Help

As Service Owner Pricing and Optimisation youll take endtoend ownership of pricing strategy execution across consumer banking products including savings and term deposits. Youll translate strategic direction into action lead pricing initiatives from design through delivery and partner closely with product risk finance and technology teams.

Youll own pricing governance on a daytoday basis maintaining strong controls delegations and prudential compliance while managing incidents and breaches as required. The role also involves financial analysis P&L management and performance reporting including the development of dashboards and the presentation of pricing insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

Youll lead and develop a highperforming team building capability across pricing analytics and governance while influencing outcomes across a complex organisational environment.

What Do I Need

Youll bring solid experience executing pricing strategy within financial services ideally in consumer banking across savings or transactional products. You have strong domain knowledge of deposits supported by qualifications in Commerce Finance or a related discipline.

Youre experienced in operationalising pricing governance frameworks and are comfortable acting as the daytoday owner of controls delegations and compliance without the need for executive oversight. Your commercial and analytical skills are well developed and you can confidently interpret and present financial data to support pricing decisions and performance outcomes.

Youre a strong people leader and influencer with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver complex pricing initiatives in large matrixed organisations.
