As our Senior Sales Manager you are at the heart of Mamas commercial engine driving business across corporate leisure and group segments

You dont just sell roomsyou sell energy experiences and the Mama vibe

Heres what youll be responsible for:

  • Revenue Driver
    Actively generate new business and grow existing accounts to drive top-line revenue
  • Account Manager
    Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel partners and key accounts
  • Pipeline Builder
    Manage a healthy and active sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-ups
  • Conversion Specialist
    Turn enquiries into confirmed business with confidence speed and personality
  • Brand Ambassador
    Represent Mama at client meetings networking events and industry functions
  • Negotiation Expert
    Prepare proposals negotiate contracts and secure profitable agreements
  • Collaboration Partner
    Work closely with Revenue Marketing and Operations to align business strategies
  • Market Hunter
    Identify new opportunities across corporate leisure and group segments
  • Performance Tracker
    Monitor KPIs sales targets and market trends to continuously improve results

Qualifications :

  • You have solid experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development
  • You are confident building relationships and closing business
  • You are proactive driven and commercially minded
  • You thrive in fast-paced target-driven environments
  • You are highly organized and manage priorities with ease
  • You are confident presenting and engaging with clients
  • You collaborate well across teams and functions
  • You stay resilient under pressure and are motivated by results
  • You are curious energetic and always chasing the next opportunity

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS

  • Pre-opening or lifestyle hospitality experience Big plus
  • Experience with corporate leisure or MICE segments
  • You know how to mix commercial focus with Mama personality
  • You enjoy networking as much as closing deals
