Job Summary

Machine Operation: Set up operate and monitor production machinery (such as extruders bun lines cutting machines or laminators) ensuring optimal performance.

Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and safely unload pack and stack finished foam/insulation products.

Quality Inspections: Conduct regular visual and dimensional checks of products to ensure they meet Armacells quality benchmarks; report any defects immediately to the Line Supervisor.

Safety & 5S Compliance: Adhere strictly to all plant safety guidelines wear prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean organized workspace following 5S principles.

Daily Reporting: Maintain basic production logs noting down output quantities material consumption and equipment downtime.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve minor operational hitches quickly and maintain smooth line flow.
