Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ETRM Change Manager to drive organizational readiness and user adoption across trading risk and operations as the business evolves its Endur platform. This is a contract position and is in the office 3 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management strategy for Endur implementation upgrade or enhancement initiatives
- Partner with Front Middle and Back Office stakeholders to assess impacts and drive engagement
- Develop and execute communication training and adoption plans tailored to Endur users
- Identify change risks and resistance points; implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful rollout
Experience / Skills
- 10 years of change management experience within energy trading or commodities environments
- Hands-on experience supporting OpenLink Endur implementations or upgrades
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle (front-to-back) and impact of ETRM changes on business processes
