Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead end-to-end production operations overseeing Planning Manufacturing Production Shipping and Maintenance functions.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products and services through effective production planning and execution.
- Drive continuous flow across the production floor while meeting established takt times.
- Ensure compliance with work instructions quality standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain machinery equipment and facilities in optimal operating condition.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor analyze and report key operational performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement safety and operational excellence.
- Develop engage and retain high-performing teams.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the metal-mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations strategic planning and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated ability in delegation conflict management and negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Masters degree or MBA.
- Experience in casting forging machining and assembly processes.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Business intelligence and data automation experience.
- Bilingual
