Lead end-to-end production operations overseeing Planning Manufacturing Production Shipping and Maintenance functions.
Ensure on-time delivery of products and services through effective production planning and execution.
Drive continuous flow across the production floor while meeting established takt times.
Ensure compliance with work instructions quality standards and operational procedures.
Maintain machinery equipment and facilities in optimal operating condition.
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
Monitor analyze and report key operational performance metrics.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement safety and operational excellence.
Develop engage and retain high-performing teams.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the metal-mechanical manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in manufacturing operations strategic planning and financial management.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.
Demonstrated ability in delegation conflict management and negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Masters degree or MBA.
Experience in casting forging machining and assembly processes.
Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Business intelligence and data automation experience.
