Job Summary

As a Terminal Operations Manager you will be part of our Operations Team taking ownership of the day-to-day management of our terminal(s) ensuring smooth coordination of arrivals departures staff and vendors. You will play a key role in guaranteeing safety efficiency and service quality at the terminal while providing data-driven insights that support better decision-making across the operation.

This role requires strong leadership hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment.

About the Role

  • Manage payments to terminal service providers.
  • Coordinate bays platforms and scheduled arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinate terminal staff (assistants supervisors support staff) including payroll schedules and incident tracking.
  • Oversee general terminal administration: supplies access control maintenance safety and security cleaning and local vendors.
  • Manage auxiliary services cleaning and bus maintenance coordination.
  • Oversee inventory management.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on incidents billing (payment status pending items discrepancies) operations and inventory.
  • Build tracking dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Provide insights on recurring incidents by business partner route unit or technology.

About You

  • Proven experience in staff leadership and people management.
  • Experience implementing and monitoring training programs and safety procedures.
  • Strong ability to work with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Personal initiative resilience and a self-driven goal-oriented working attitude.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
