WPP Media is hiring an HR Intern to join the team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to share and contribute ideas and thrives on challenges. This role is a great introduction to the world of influencer marketing and will also help to build a solid foundation in the world of digital media.
Key responsibilities:
To assist in employee on-boarding and off-boarding process. (e.g. raise IT ticket)
Create and maintain personnel files and perform HR filing
To support various HR initiatives - employee engagement activities
Assist with HR communications and company-wide announcements; update the organizational chart on a quarterly basis
Perform other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned
What you will need:
A Bachelors Degree in Business Management Human Resource Management or equivalent
Excellent in English written and verbal communication skill
Proactive and demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Minimum internship duration of 3 months
