2026-26 SAP CRM AO Techno Functional Analyst

The SAP CRM & AO Techno-Functional Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is dedicated to identifying business needs optimizing processes and ensuring SAP CRM and Account Origination configurations support strategic objectives. The focus is on the functional lifecyclefrom requirement gathering to user acceptanceensuring high-quality solutions with both configuration and custom code development.

Core Skills:
- Functional Depth: Expert knowledge of SAP CRM modules (Sales Service Marketing) and the One Order Framework.
- Experience with CRM One Order Framework and financial domain processes.
- Communication: Exceptional skills to bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical business users.
- Functional Configuration: Lead implementation and customization for CRM modules including Marketing Sales Service Case Management and Call Center.
- System Integration: Support the integration of SAP CRM with other platforms such as Salesforce.
- Documentation & Training: Generate comprehensive technical and functional documentation including design specifications and user manuals.
- Testing & Support: Collaborate with users to resolve issues perform unit/integration testing (SIT/UAT) and provide ongoing application support.
Top Skills: Preferred Skills: - Lending Expertise: Knowledge of Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) mortgages and retail lending internal processes. - AO Knowledge: Deep understanding of account opening workflows credit eligibility assessment and disbursement processes. - Familiarity with S/4HANA migration SAP HANA data models or SAP BTP. - Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
