This position goes beyond a traditional front desk roleyoull play a key part inkeeping the dealership running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of.
What Youll Do
Guest Experience & Front Desk
- Greet every guest promptly with a warm professional approach
- Answer and manage incoming calls efficiently and accurately
- Direct clients to the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain a clean organized and polished front desk area at all times
Hospitality & Showroom Experience
- Maintain and refresh the guest lounge and coffee/snack areas throughout the day
- Ensure all hospitality areas are clean stocked and presentable
- Help create a comfortable high-end environment for every visitor
Administrative Support
- Assist with daily operational tasks across departments
- Accurately log and track key dealership items and activity
- Support internal systems and basic data entry tasks
Team Support
- Work closely with sales and service teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist with follow-ups and internal communication when needed
What Were Looking For
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience (retail restaurant hotel etc.)
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
