Job Summary

POSITION	Maximo Functional Lead
LOCATION	Boston MA - 5x/Week MUST BE LOCAL
INTERVIEW TYPE	Video One and done
REQUIRED SKILLS	MUST HAVE: Maximo migration project experience - Lead functional design configuration and deployment of IBM Maximo across business units. - Translate business requirements into Maximo workflows asset structures job plans and work management processes. - Drive solution design sessions with SMEs business owners and technical teams. - Oversee functional deliverables including BRDs FDDs configuration specs and test scenarios. - Partner with technical teams on integrations data migration and interface validations. - Ensure Maximo configuration aligns with enterprise asset management standards and compliance needs. - Support SIT/UAT planning execution defect triage and readiness assessments. - Guide business stakeholders on Maximo best practices process optimization and adoption. - Manage functional issue resolution during cutover go live and hypercare. - Provide leadership to functional analysts and coordinate with cross platform teams like ERP GIS Mobile Reporting.
