Aboutthe Role
The Digital and Tech Solution Owner: CASH TO TAX plays a critical role in ensuringHaleonsTechnology Platforms enable our enterprise processes to be designed governed andoperatedin a consistent scalable andfuture fitway.
The Solution Owner is theenterprise-wide technology enablerof anend to end(E2E) global business process andis responsible forits functional design delivery service operation and continuous improvement across all functions and markets.
This role sits at thecentreofHaleonstransformation ensuring our processes evolve from legacy fragmented ways of working into integratedstandardised and digitally enabledways of workingunlock capacity across theorganizationalign to strategymaintaincompliance and operational excellence in support of the growth agenda.
The Solution Owner acts as aninformeddecision-maker for the enterprise enabling Business Process Owners to breaking down functional silos and ensuringtechnologychoices are made for the good of the wholeorganisation.

Key Responsibilities: CASH TO TAX
SAP S/4 HANA and Legacy SAP ECC based functional expertise in
Corporate income tax
Withholding & other taxes
Indirect tax
Transfer pricing
Tax authority
Customs and Global Trade
Tax reporting
Employment Tax
End-to-End Solution Ownership
Own the global functional solution technical standards delivery and operations governance and technical documentation for the E2E ERP process.
Define andmaintainglobal solution blueprints technical decision rights IT controlsandIT policies.
Ensure standardization and harmonization of ERP solutions across markets and functions.
Solution Design & Transformation Leadership
Enable business process design/ continuous improvementactivities across all phases of Enterprise Transformation (Design Build Test Deployment Sustain).
Input into thedesign authorityfor the process.
Act as theguardian of the global templateduring deployment waves and ensure alignment with S/4HANA design principles.
Partner with Business Process Owners and SMEs Data and other Solution owners to ensure integrated coherent designs.
Operate Existing ERP Solutions
Deliver ongoing BAU changes to the legacy SAP ECC based landscape.
Deliver functional expertise to address ECC operational critical issues.
Accountable for Legacy SAP legacy systems lifecycle management e.g. functional upgrades legal / tax changes change related IT controls etc.
Governance & Decision-Making
Resolve cross-functional process issues conflicts and dependencies.
Minimisedeviations to global standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Define process KPIs controls and continuous improvement mechanisms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partnerwith Business Process Owners Process Experts Local ProcessExperts and Functional Leaders to embed and sustain process changes.
Ensure effective integration across interconnected processes (e.g. L2CS2PR2D).
Collaborate closely with Data Compliance Cyber Security Architecture Testing and Change teams.
Operations Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Ensure business process availability to the business via closely working with Tech Support teams and leaning in with SAP functional expertise when needed
Monitor process performance andidentifyopportunities for improvement simplification automation anddigitisation.
Ensure the ERP applications continues to evolve to supportHaleonslong-term strategy.
Candidate Profile & Experience
Ability to align process with businessobjectivesand drive continuous improvement
Proven SAP ERP delivery experience in the areas of Finance and Tax.
Enterprise-first mindset; makes decisions for the good of the wholeorganisation.
High levelsof influence credibility and presence with senior stakeholders.
Strong judgement and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
Collaborativeand able to align diverse groups behind a shared direction.
Comfortable operating in dynamic fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
Understandinghow process design connects to data systems controls and integration points.
Able to work effectively with Business Process Owners and Senior Business Leaders to ensure alignment and feasibility.
