-SAM/ HAM expertise should be a mandatory yardstick.

Must Haves: 5 ServiceNow Development Experience who has good Javascript hands-on knowledge.
Implement ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
Experience in REST API and SOAP integrations Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise applications.
Write and optimize ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies etc.).
Perform feasibility analysis requirement gathering and solution design.
Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain proper documentation
Completion of CSA CAD Certifications is preferred

Expertise in JavaScript: Both client-side and Server-side scripting within Servicenow Platform
Servicenow Scripting and Development: Proficient in Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions GlideRecord Workflow Editor and Flow Designer
Integrations: Strong experience with REST SOAP web services MID Server configuration and API based system integration.
Data Management: Expertise in Data Import Sets Transform Maps and API based system Integration
Service Portal & UI: Skilled in AngularJS HTML CSS and Service Portal widget customization
At least one end-to-end implementation experience in ITOM or ITAM SAM HAM.

Good to Have:
Automation & Testing: Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) orchestration and workflow automation.
ITIL Knowledge: Understanding ITSM processes like Incident Change Problem and Configuration Management.
Version Control & DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and Release management for Servicenow
Cloud & Platform Awareness: General awareness of cloud concepts security principles and Servicenow platform Architecture.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Lead development efforts customizing and extending ServiceNow modules with advanced scripting: Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions Schedule Jobs and Workflow scripts
2 Develop Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs between ServiceNow and third-party systems
3 Design and Implement data migration transformation and import using Import Sets Transform Maps and Data sources
4 Developer Service Portal Widgets and Now Mobile app with advanced UI customization for enhanced User experience.
5 Collaborate with architects and Business Analysts throughout the lifecycle.
6 Mentor junior developers
7 Training material preparation Peer reviews Unit Testing Test summary reports etc.
